2. Restaurant Information

Restaurant information may come from public business information, restaurant owners, user suggestions, third-party providers, official websites and EatGreek editorial content.

EatGreek does not guarantee that all restaurant information is complete, accurate or always up to date. Restaurant owners may request corrections or updates.

3. Google Maps and Third-Party Data

EatGreek may display information from Google Maps Platform and Google Places API, including maps, ratings, photos, opening hours, directions and other place details.

Third-party content remains subject to the relevant third-party terms and policies. EatGreek does not claim ownership of Google, restaurant owner or third-party content.

4. AI-Generated Content

EatGreek may use AI systems to generate summaries, categories, tags, recommendations and enrichment data for restaurants.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not represent an official statement, certification, endorsement or guarantee by any restaurant.

5. Authenticity Scores

Authenticity scores are subjective algorithmic or editorial assessments created by EatGreek. They are not official quality ratings, legal certifications or professional reviews.

6. Owner Claims and Verified Owners

Restaurant owners or representatives may request to claim a restaurant profile. EatGreek may request reasonable evidence before approving a claim.

A verified owner badge means EatGreek has reviewed a claim request. It does not guarantee that all submitted or displayed information is complete or error-free.

7. User Suggestions and Feedback

Users may suggest restaurants or send feedback. By submitting information, users confirm that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have the right to submit it.

8. Premium Placement

Some restaurants may receive premium placement, featured visibility or commercial partner status. Such placements may be influenced by commercial agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

EatGreek branding, design, editorial content and AI-generated EatGreek content belong to EatGreek or its licensors. Restaurant names, logos, photos and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

EatGreek is provided as an informational discovery service. Users should verify restaurant details directly with the restaurant before visiting, booking or purchasing.
